Zantedeschia rhizomes can be planted at almost any time of year, however, certain conditions need to be met to ensure they actually grow. For full Zantedeschia growing instructions please see our tips page.

With the growing conditions in mind this limits most gardeners to planting in April and May. One of our show size Zantedeschia rhizomes will flower that same summer if planted in April and May and cared for properly. The Zantedeschia (Calla lily) rhizomes are available to purchase in our online shop throughout the year but we only dispatch them in April and May to ensure optimum growing conditions can be achieved. We always send out a full set of growing instructions with your order.
