A vining pea that is semi-leafless and ideal for sweet tasting pea shoots.
Select a container 5-7cm (2-3in) deep . Fill with seed sowing compost , and sow the seeds 1.5cm (1/2in) deep with a small gap between seeds.
Place tray on a windowsill or under glass and keep moist. The crop will be ready to harvest 3-4 weeks after sowing , when 7-10cm (3-4in) tall. Snip off and use as a garnish. A good source of Vitamins A, C and E and Protein.
Can also be sown and grown as a traditional pea, producing long pods with sweetly flavoured peas.
